If it's on the federal level it's all or nothing. You might not like what the vote is on any given federal law but you're going to have to obey it. Same thing should work with taxes. If you're forced to fork out the dough, you should get an equal share. Too close to taxation without representation if you're forced to pay for another state's benefit.
