: My 16 y/o has a really hard time letting things go. If she has made some error, she holds on to it and it messes up the rest of the day.
: This is a real problem with driving. When we are out practicing, if one little thing goes awry, she is a wreck for the rest of the day. I have tried to let her "drive" through it and tell her to just relax, calm down and drive, but her little mistakes escalate, she gets frazzled, doesn't pay careful enough attention and it can become dangerous!
: Any advice how I can just get her to let go, to move past her minor errors and pick up the pieces and move on?
: This effects other areas of her life as well, but it's downright scary at driving practice time!
