: : Changing cc to mL was an ISMP thing, not JCAHO (although I think they had it for a future change) and BOS included it in their new update, but I have so many hospitals that absolutely do not want it changed if the dictator dicates it as cc. It's hard to remember sometimes to use the BOS (per their preference) EXCEPT for the so-called dangerous abbreviation list.
