includes whatever I want. Since I haven't eaten much during the day, my stomach has shrunk and it doesn't take a lot to make me full at dinner. So I have whatever I want, but don't overdo on calories. That used to be a way of life for me, just the way I ate. Until I started having kids and then I got used to eating throughout the day.
If I eat carbs in the morning - forget it. I'll be eating all day. So I just try to keep it to evening and if I do eat anything during the day it's fruits or vegetables.
