air conditioned buildings - the administrative offices and the newer high school do. Our DD goes to a private school that also does not have A/C. BTW, this is also ONE of the reasons I homeschool our son, he is heat intolerant.
How do you help your child(ren) cope in the heat? Today, for example, was 95 with a heat index of 113! We live in NORTHERN IL!
Our state has mandated A/C for ALL schools by next year - but what to do in the meantime!?
