His very first day was a bit nerve-wracking, but by the third day, he settled into the routine and is doing great for the most part! We still have reading issues, but there is such a vast improvement that I'm actually kinda glad we moved here. :)
The school is not quite as intense as his previous school, but he is still appropriately challenged and he is overall just doing great. He even made honor roll this past reporting period. : D (lol, no, don't have the little bumper stickers that say "My (school) student is an honor roll student.") I'm pretty proud of his accomplishments so far!
As for my little man, we've gotten out of the homeschooling routine, but I'm hoping to pick it back up after the holidays. He's busy enjoying his new environment...his OWN room!! :D He's actually entertaining himself ((FINally!!!!!!!)) now that he has his own space, and can I share with you...it's SO WONDERFUL!!!! He's not quite so dependent on my being around him as he was. Maybe turning 4 later this month has something to do with it.
