I personally have desired to get into this business since I was 4 years old. When I was young I studied wrestling, traded tapes, got every piece of info I could on wrestling worldwide including schools. I had planned on moving down to Florida after I graduated with what money I could and trying to get trained by Adrian Street. However when I was 16 I got the chance to learn a little about wrestling and decided I could stake my flag here locally and maybe have a chance. But, by the time I had a chance to get trained, I had to go to college (there was no money for me to pay for training) and I was so green and curious that the promoter I was trying to work with really didn't want to work with me and I completly understand that. If I were in his shoes I wouldn't have bothered with me either.

But now I'm out of shape, I feel like hell, things crashed down, and I'm out of the business. I keep going on diets and hitting the gym when I can afford it and try and get a hold of who I can in my area. Hell, I even planned staging a getaway to Florida to try Adrian Street again. But the fact seems to be (and this is obvious to everyone except me) that I'm not worth it. That I do not belong in this business.

I've done nothing but eat, sleep, and breathe wrestling for 17 years. Everything I do seems to have some sort of wrestling agenda to it. And yet while it feels like I have the dedication and the drive and the respect, I see guys on shows wearing jeans and plopping around and making an ass out of themselves, their opponents (though they need little help) and the audience. So I guess my main issue is, why is everything so ass-backwards? I have no money at all but I'd gladly give what I could or just try and work it off or something for some real training. Someone to say, "Yeah, you're shit right now...But you're gonna bust your ass no matter what and get better no matter how long it takes and here's how. And if you don't wanna, then go fuck off."

Just a little straight talk. It couldn't kill me. But hell, what do I know, right? I'm nobody.
