6volt C70 - 110 12volt engine transplant wiring help?

hi there i have a 1974 hona c70 with the 6 volt wiring loom, i have a spare 199something c90 too with a full wiring loom bar the battery, also i have a 110cc engine that i want to fit into the c70. i wondered what would be the easiest way to get all the 12volt electrics into the c70 so that it is all working? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks, jamie
