I have a friend who had 7 of her 9 children at home. The first, she didn't know about the option of home birth. The 6th one was a difficult pregnancy and she felt nervous about having him at home. She had a brain and knew her limitations. All of her home births were good experiences.
Me? I wouldn't be comfortable having a home birth, but I'm sure not one to deny them to someone who desires one! >: (
