I shop at Aldi and have been buying their Tate's brand of

Ginger Teriyaki sauce. I haven't been able to find it for a long time and learned today the trade name has been abandoned by Aldi's.

The sauce ingredients are: water, soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, rice vinegar, sherry wine, modified corn starch, pineapple juice concentrate, salt, ginger, natural flavor, spices, garlic, and vinegar.

I've tried looking for a clone recipe, but haven't found one. If you happen across one, I would really appreciate it.
