"field guide" for $9.95 and read it and used the guidelines I found in there. Now it is available in my area but I still prefer to do it myself rather than have others tell me what to buy. Also, the store they use in my area is NOT the store I go to, nor is it a store I want to go to. I have a store close to me that doubles coupons and that is the store I've always used for the grocery game.
I searched their website a while back to try to find a way to order the field guide now and they have made that harder to do now that the GG is available almost everywhere now. If anyone is interested I'll give the basics of it though.
