: Now they need the whole amount plus the reconnect fee. They won't let me make payments on it. I won't be able to pay it until Friday (I hope) afternoon.
: I've made some phone calls, and there are two places here that help with things like that, but they don't have any appointments until the 24th (and I'll be able to pay it myself by then).
