She married my grandfather, Estel Perkin Hammond and they were the parents of 11 children, she later married Hobert Purcell and had 2 children with him. Cornelious McCarty was my dad's 3th Great Grandfather. The direct line comes from James McCarty and Rebecca Murdock. They had a son, James Harwick McCarty. He had a daughter, Laura Amanda McCarty. Laura married Jacob Ulery Sargent and had my grandmother, Dilla McCarty Sargent. She married Wilford Niels Munson and they had Frank W Munson.
