Well, as a suggesston, maybe you could get more sponsers. I visit this guy's blog sometimes and he got advertisments on his videos, going as far as to asking his fans to click on them 'cause then he gets more money for it XD. Also, I'm not sure if you already do this, but maybe you could have a paypal donation box, giving small prizes (such as name in a "hall of fame" or a choice of the next heroine) for larger donations.
