Hi .. Im trying my best to remember the title of a political fiction book. All I can remember about it that the country (England I think) was seperated into two areas.. urban area where it was poor and filled with riots and police helicopters and the other area was a rural countryside with all nobility living there rich people and stuff.. But each two areas did not know that the other existed. Both areas were ruled by the same government that I think was using brainwashing or something I think there were implanted homing devices too or something so that the government knew exactly what everyone was doing. the story was about some guy from the urban area who somehow managed to get into the rural area and keeps running from the government. Does anybody know ANYTHING about a book like that?!?!
