Management tried telling me that they updated the Bar's website a few weeks back saying that Battery wouldn't be there...Liars...Thursday, they were advertising Battery on the calendar. Gooley said that Battery found out their gig was cancelled while they were on their way to Otto's. I took the shot that the GM bought us then went to another bar. Fuck if I give Otto's my money after that shit.....

Sorry Milan & everybody who drove to Otto's that night. We found out one the way to the show. Our singer had flown up from Floida to Chicago & was in our truck & we were on the Highway to Otto's & then our agent AL called my cell & said that another agent involved with the club had just now called AL & told AL he found out that the club had fired it's booking agent & that all shows were cancelled & we should turn around & go home. We went to a truck stop & I called the club for another half hour until someone finally answered & said there were no bands to be playing Otto's. All shows had been cancelled!
