If so it would "lessen evaluation apprehension(fear of being judged about ideas), stop production blocking(idea generation interferes with the ability of another to generate ideas), decrease social loafing(group members exert less personal effort when they feel like they don't matter-it's contageous)and limit dominate personalities from controlling the group."
