Leaders Scout, The year is coming to an end for 2004 and all this year is quite a good year for 73rd Petaling because many activities have been achieved, like Tenderfoot camp, Usaha/Maju/Jaya camp & Kem kembara, 6,8,19 km Hike have been held. Plus the District's Muhibbah Camp. All is not at the end especially the form 4's because i hope that you all will run 40km hike and also have candidates for Pentarafan 2004. There is a laps' of 4 years with out King Scouts from 1998-2001. I hope this will not repeat. There will be a pentarafan which will be held end of this year and 2 candidates from 73rd Seniors are attending. I hope 2004 will not be a let down, as the seniors this year can prove that you all can win the competition in muhibbah camp and what is it that will stop those whom are interested to continue to achieve the highest award?.Just log books and some more detail here and there and you seniors can fulfill the highest award in the scouting. I wish to let all seniors know that I am here to assist you all achieve the award but you all have to do the work not me. Form 4's Have you all finish all your 5 Senior Badges. If not better do so. Juniors Happy Scouting and continue in your Usaha Maju & Jaya. Some people may say why the badge is so important. I can still do scouting without the badge? Yes and No. Why do I say that?. If you dont do the test dont finish the logs no badge. If you finish your log's dont do the exam's no badge. If you dont do both what do you get?NO badge. And Finally IF i see my fellow mate getting the badge finishing the Log ready to be standardized, HOW WILL I FEEL?. Ask yourself these questions.
