Hi Les,
Yes thats very good news and about time, I am very glad to hear the news, and I read that the Queen had ordered the Medal her self as the goverment wanted to make another pin ( Broch) for the Dead instead, but the Queen wanted the Queen Elizabeth Cross to be issued in her name.
