May I thank you all for your kind wishes on my birthday. I only have one regret and that is that the figures should be reversed - 18 instead of 81!
It is so nice to be associated with your Regiment although as you know I was never a member, having been East Surrey and Royal Fusilier, but I suppose squaddies are all the same whatever capbadge. Once again, many thanks for your kind thoughts. Eric.
