I am awfully sorry to you all, but I have these quite silly jokes going through my head, so I will just have to relate them. Hopefully, you will understand?
Now, most Dentist's chairs go up and down; just like in a barbers shop, up and down. So simple, so normal.
BUT, when I went into my local dentist's room, it went backwards and forwards.
I thought,"This is so unusual".
Then my kind dentist said to me, "Mike, would you be so kind as to get out of my filing cabinet".
