IH Dhahran has grown substantially over the last couple of years The ideal candidate will have an interest (or would like to develop one) in ESP and EAP. We have been aggressively pursuing (and with success) clients in industry and commerce; we run vocational training as part of a government-sponsored scheme to insert young Saudi men into the multinational workforce, the workplace-based English-language training being followed by in-house technical training. We run EAP orientation courses for in-house tertiary level business diplomas. Some younger learner courses. However, we would like to expand our course offer. The DOS will be sensitive to cultural difference, liaise with our different departments, and report directly to the Director General of IH Saudi Arabia. The candidate will bring drive and enthusiasm, solid experience and qualifications, and will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the school.
